Microgreens
Our Local Fresh Microgreens Are Available Year Round! Due to recently relocating our farm we are currently rebuilding our greenhouses. Because of this we are growing our Produce TO ORDER. The grow time before shipping for each order is around 8 to 12 days depending on the type plant. Please feel free to contact us and place an order today! We will notify you two days before delivery/shipping to confirm delivery and payment. All prices and items are subject to change.

Powdered Microgreens and Pestos
Traditional dehydration uses higher temperatures to shorten dehydration times. Unfortunately, these higher temperatures breakdown and reduce the nutrient content of the high-temperature dehydrated microgreens. Instead, we use a special low-temperature dehydration process. While this increases our drying times, the payoff is more than worth it! Low temperature dehydration is compatible with Raw Food diets and retains a minimum of 95% of the microgreen's nutrients according to FDA reports.

We are building up our own apiary in preparation for the 2022 bee season. We will be offering Honey, Honeycomb, bee hives, frames, supers, nuclear boxes, swarm rescue and pollination services and more! Spirulina
Coming in 2023! We have finished construction of our Microalgae bioreactors and are Now growing Spirulina! Spirulina is a blue-green microalgae superfood that is a perfect supplement for any shake or healthy snack like yogurt or oatmeal. Because Spirulina is a microalgae, its nutrients are already in their most basic forms which means our bodies can easily absorb the nutrients with minimal work. Our spirulina is harvested, filtered, and frozen in individual serving cubes.
